At Voodoo Brewing Co. ("Voodoo") we believe great events are a team effort. If selected, we ask every vendor and performer to actively promote their appearance by sharing the event on social media, tagging Voodoo, and encouraging friends, family, and followers to attend. This collaborative approach helps create larger crowds, better experiences, and greater success for everyone involved.
I understand that active promotion is an expected part of participating in Voodoo events and agree to make a good-faith effort to promote my appearance through my available channels.
I understand that submitting this Voodoo Talent application does not guarantee acceptance. I understand event dates may change. I understand Voodoo may reject applications at its discretion. I agree to promote the event if selected. I agree to maintain professional conduct during my event.
I will not participate or perform in any Voodoo organized events unless I am medically able. By my Voodoo Event Sign-up form submission, I certify that I am medically able to perform all activities associated with my potential future talent booking, and am in good health.
I agree to abide by all rules established by Voodoo, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my event participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read this Talent Agreement fully, and agree to abide by it. I assume all risks associated with participating in an event at Voodoo.
I grant my permission to Voodoo to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of the establishment for legitimate marketing purposes.
